Born in Narhan village, Bhabhua (Kaimur), Arun’s early life in rural Bihar deeply influenced his outlook on community, resilience, and the importance of education. After completing his studies including a B.Sc. in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications he went on to work across diverse industries, rising to the position of Director of Operations at a multinational company.
Yet, despite professional success, Arun remained strongly connected to his roots. His desire to give back to the community that shaped him led to the creation of Shyama Foundation, launched on International Women’s Day 2025, symbolizing its commitment to women’s empowerment and social equity.
